Trans Mountain Contract Analyst Position

Support project efficiency with Trans Mountain as a Portfolio and Systems Analyst on a contract basis in Calgary. This in-office role focuses on data accuracy and project control enhancements.

You will support the Major Projects Admin department with a solid foundation in Business Administration or Finance and 3-5 years of related experience. Your expertise will help in maintaining project structures, managing workflow documentation, and providing user access support across systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct PIMS Cost daily updates and assist users
• Set up project structures under guidance from Project Controls
• Participate in D365 export testing and validation
• Assist with PMOC workflow status and documentation
• Generate reports for project management activities
