Training & Technical Specialist - Mexico (Navojoa)

The Technical Trainer is responsible for supporting Potter Mexico customers in a technical capacity through conducting training sessions that enhance their knowledge of Potter products and systems. This position will work with the sales and training teams to update literature and course materials and help with webinars and training videos on installation and programming of Potter life safety products.

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, and update training programs and materials for various audiences.
• Conduct engaging, informative training sessions both in‑person and virtually.
• Coordinate and conduct hands‑on demonstrations of fire alarm and sprinkler system components and installation techniques.
