Job Description
In this role, you will identify, develop and manage employee communications programs, projects and processes from beginning to end, including oversight of the organization culture employee communications support, being culture champion and year-round engagement activities and coordinating indirect labor training related activities.
JOB DUTIES
- Generates ideas and solutions to support the company’s culture engagement plan, including communications and events for new employees, and existing employees. This also includes writing stories, event management, managing to a strategic plan, executing, and planning deliverables, measuring success and identifying new ways to enhance the culture.
- Manages the communication Plan, Communication process and other company-wide messages as needed.
- Manages the Event calendar, approving requests, monitoring security parameters, furniture set up and ensuring return to standard after each meeting.
