Training Specialist (IDD Community)

The Training Specialist will adhere to LNB's mission, core values/ethics, and philosophies. These include, but are not limited to, person centered planning, incorporating Everyday Lives philosophies and principles into services, maintaining an open-door policy, etc. The Training Specialist will engage in ethical and professional behavior as well as possess qualities such as honesty and integrity.

The Training Specialist is an integral member of LNB's leadership team. The Training Specialist is usually the first point of contact for newly hired employees and sets the tone of the agency.

Work Location: In-person at main office or an LNB site location

Essential Functions:

Conduct initial training for new employees

Assist new employees to register and/or create accounts necessary to access agency systems (ie Microsoft 365, Outlook email, OnTarget, KTBS, NQC cyber security training, etc.)
