Job Description

Responsible for identifying employee training and development needs as well as planning, developing, and delivering appropriate training programs with a focus on soft skills and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Handle the learning and development of specific departments assigned to him/her.
• Equip employees with both technical and behavioral knowledge, skills, values, and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.
• Will oversee the rollout of HN Academy training programs in the South.
