Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales training programs based on the product portfolio of MEWPs and Telehandlers.
  • Create training outlines in accordance with the established training programs and customer needs, and organize the development of corresponding training materials.
  • Conduct customer training sessions following the defined programs, outlines, and materials.
  • Perform regular customer follow-ups to gather feedback and identify ongoing training needs.
