This is a remote position. Summary: The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking an experienced Training Manager to design, deliver, and manage the training program for a federal human services program serving vulnerable populations, including youth, young adults, and families. This role is ideal for a training professional with a background in instructional design, adult learning, human services, social work, or field-operations training. The Training Manager develops role-based curricula, ensures all staff complete required training before beginning work, manages onboarding and annual refresher training, and maintains the training records and completion tracking that support program readiness and quality.
