What You’ll Do

Training & Development

• Identify learning needs and performance gaps through stakeholder discussions and review of performance data
• Define clear learning objectives aligned to business and revenue goals
• Design and deliver new hire onboarding programs, refresher and rehash training sessions, and role‑specific and advanced upskill initiatives
• Develop and maintain training materials, including slide decks, facilitator guides, job aids and quick reference tools, quizzes and learning activities
• Deliver engaging, practical training sessions that connect directly to day‑to‑day work
• Reinforce learning through follow‑ups, resources, and ongoing touchpoints

Sales Enablement

• Support initiatives that improve sales effectiveness and readiness
• Equip sales teams with tools, playbooks, best practices, and product knowledge
