Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training, instructional design, or organizational development.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtual.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in e-learning platforms, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and training software.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
• Willing to report in Calumpit, Bulacan office
