Role Overview
Responsible for designing training strategies and plans to ensure that staff have the necessary knowledge to perform their functions and support the achievement of objectives; generate and carry out Organizational Development strategies focused on supporting organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Support in the design and execution of the training program
Ensure compliance with the standards applicable to the organization (STPS, IATF *****, ISO *****, Legal Requirements, etc.) related to training processes, and OD.
Manage the administration of the DNCs of all the positions in the organization.
Support the Job Onboarding Checklist process
Responsible for the Onboarding Program
Develop the Annual Training Program
Generate procedures and guidelines for training processes and support internal processes for the proper administration of the quality and environmental system, etc.
