We are looking for an experienced Training Advisor to build capability across our Recreation, Sport & Events Customer Experience network, helping frontline teams deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
The role of the Customer Experience Training Advisor within the Recreation, Sports and Events Unit has responsibility for onboarding and upskilling new and existing staff, leadership development and delivery of world‑class customer service. This is a highly operational role that combines adult learning expertise, complex systems training, frontline coaching and continuous improvement.
