Job Title: Trainer/Assessor – Residential Child Care
Job Location: Tiverton/Field Based
Salary: £28,996.50pa based on working 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Contract Type: Permanent

We’re creating a brand-new Trainer / Assessor role within our growing Learning and Development team, and you’ll be right at the heart of building something meaningful from the very start.
You’ll work with dedicated Residential Support Workers and Children’s Homes teams, helping them develop safe, nurturing and therapeutic practice that truly improves outcomes for children and young people.
