PurposeThe Trainer trains and qualifies direct manufacturing personnel following the corresponding procedures and using documents, materials, and tools relevant to the different operations they support.Manages Learning Management System (LMS) data related to the certification process supported in the company.Partners with management to evaluate the effectiveness of current training practices.Helps in the identification of skills that should be focused on to improve site training efficiency and productivity.ResponsibilitiesEnsures all manufacturing personnel are trained and qualified to the corresponding specifications/procedures using documents, materials, and tools as provided in the applicable training curriculum(s).
