The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, conducting, and documenting learner assessments in line with TETA standards, as well as mentoring and guiding learners throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct assessments according to unit standards and TETA requirements.
• Inform learners of assessment processes, unit standards, and timing.
• Guide learners in evidence collection and planning.
• Maintain regular contact with learners and provide structured induction and orientation.
• Assess learner knowledge and practical performance against learning objectives.
