DP World is seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer Driver to join our Transport Operations team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for assessing, training, coaching, and evaluating drivers to ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, road safety legislation, and operational excellence. The role requires a proactive individual with strong facilitation skills, extensive driving knowledge, and the ability to improve driver performance through continuous training and development initiatives. The position involves business travel, irregular working hours, and occasional weekend and public holiday work.
