yWe are looking for a Trainer with extensive experience in Search Engine Operations and Content Moderation Support to lead the Learning & Development function. The role will be responsible for training strategy, team management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring workforce readiness to meet business and client objectives

• esLead the training function across Search Engine and Content Moderation program
• s.Develop and execute training strategies, onboarding frameworks, and continuous learning initiative
• s.Manage a team of trainers and training specialist
