Trainee Solution Architect — Open Source & Cloud

As part of the customer account team, a Junior Solution Architect at RedHat is a technical person who collaborates with customers and helps them be successful by using RedHat products and services. The role is to understand customers’ challenges and requirements and address them with RedHat technologies and solutions.

As a Junior Solution Architect in Singapore, you’ll participate in the FASTER Program, a comprehensive 12‑month program designed to provide you with deep technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and industry insights needed to excel. This cohort‑based program starts on1September2026. Through this experience, you will:
