The primary focus of this role is candidate specialism, moving into client activity during the training programme. Specifically, the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is to learn and become proficient in the RSM (Recruitment Sales Model), starting with a focus on candidates but quickly developing business development and client experience which will lead to becoming a 360 Consultant.
No previous recruitment experience required as all training will be provided but applicants must speak fluent German.
