Trainee/Junior Recruitment Consultant

A very high billing successful agency are looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Consultant level to work on existing live roles in a very lucrative tech recruitment market. You will work with a high billing manager who will mentor and develop you.

You will have the opportunity to work on a high volume of live roles with existing clients and make a lot of money and also learn from the best to progress to a 360 consultant. You will likely join them having had an introduction to recruitment already and a desire in the future to progress to a consultant role when you are ready.

The Position

* Delivery Consultant role initially progressing to 360 Recruitment in the future with BD. You will work with existing clients and manage candidate sourcing and interview processes as well as managing contract starts extensions and contract negotiations.
