Trainee Cheesemaker

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Trainee Cheesemaker to join an established dairy manufacturing business based in Gifford. This isn't a standard production role. You'll receive structured training across all key cheesemaking processes: from milk handling and pasteurisation through to culturing, coagulation, curd handling and maturation - progressing towards independent working as your competence develops.
