Job Description
Frontier Agriculture is strengthening our on-Farm Frontier team and is looking to recruit a Trainee Agronomist on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a homebased role, with Sandy serving as the main office location, covering the areas of Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, and Hertfordshire.
You will play a key role in facilitating our business on farm by building outstanding customer relationships, providing a comprehensive advisory service, and maximising crop production for the farmer while increasing sales for the business.
A background in sales is not necessarily essential as we are looking for people with a strong interest in agriculture who will integrate and become a key member of the team. Full training will be provided, including BASIS & FACTS.
