Job Description
The ANP trainee role provides an opportunity for experienced clinicians to develop into advanced practitioners. It combines hands‑on clinical experience with structured learning, enabling the trainee to gradually take on greater responsibility, expand their clinical expertise, and contribute more broadly to primary patient care and service development. Manor View Practice will sponsor your academic studies and you will be expected to study in your own time.
Main duties of the job
Core Clinical Duties
- Work under supervision to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a range of conditions
- Take patient histories and perform clinical examinations
- Develop and implement treatment plans appropriate to level of training
- Request and interpret basic investigations (e.g. blood tests, ECGs, urine tests)
