Our Train Crew Members play an important part in keeping our locomotives moving. We will teach you the workings of our trains, as well as the rules and regulations that must be followed to complete the job safely!
Accountability: Performs engine operation, on-ground duties, equipment and track maintenance and other assigned duties to assist in an efficient railroad operation. Expected to progress in skill and responsibilities of train operations over time with the eventual goal of becoming the Train Crew Member responsible for locomotive engineering duties.
