WSP is currently searching for a **Traffic Management Center (TMC) Program Manager!**
This role can work out of various offices in the **Virigina Mid-Atlantic Region.**
**This Opportunity**
The Traffic Management Center (TMC) Program Manager will be responsible for all work necessary to provide for the general management, oversight, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), contract administration, and management support personnel.
**The Program Manager shall:**
+ Be available all times during off-duty hours to provide assist operations staff.
+ Participate in on-site and off-site meetings, build and maintain relationships with operational stakeholders.
+ Manage staff administration, performance, and oversight.
+ Lead performance measurement, management, and reporting.
+ Implementation and oversight of client policies and directives.
+ Lead data analytics activities including economic evaluation, and system evaluation.
