Traffic Engineering Manager

We are seeking a qualified Traffic Engineering Manager with between 12 to 15 years of experience to join our Traffic Engineering and Strategic Advisory Business Unit in the Middle East. The candidate must be a degree‑qualified professional with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of transport planning and traffic engineering experience in the Middle East.

• Lead and manage traffic engineering projects from planning through execution.
• Design, analyze, and optimize traffic control systems, including signals, signage, and road layouts. Conduct traffic studies, simulations, and data analysis to improve traffic efficiency and safety.
