About the role

This is a pivotal role where you will be hands on providing guidance and leadership to our team of 4 Trade support team members in our Queenstown branch. Supporting our Account Managers and senior leaders. You will ensure that our trade clients experience the best customer service from start to finish and that productivity is high given the fast-paced nature of our business. Your main objective will be to ensure a seamless customer experience by managing customer inquiries, providing product advice, quotes, and pricing information, and seeking out solutions to meet customer needs.

Daily responsibilities

  • Actioning customer enquiries by phone, email & walk-in customer contact.
  • Supporting your team with any queries and/or training requirements.
  • Providing customers with product advice, quotes, and pricing information as well as tailored solutions.
