What you'll do
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Grow sales through upselling products, sharing promotions and encouraging repeat business
- Provide Account Manager support
- Enter customer orders & drawing up quotes for customers and account managers
- Support warehouse operations - picking, packing, counter sales and helping keep things moving
