This is a structured development journey where your **final destination will be within our team in Trade Marketing or Marketing**, while your first experience in Sales will serve as a fundamental learning phase to build a strong understanding of the business in the field.
Your journey will begin in **Sales**, where you will take on the role of Field Key Account – Piedmont for an initial period of approximately 6–8 months.
