Job Description:
Process, post, and settle investment transactions across Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives in an accurate and timely manner 
Communicate trade details, settlement instructions, and exception resolutions with brokers, custodians, and trust companies 
Investigate and resolve trade breaks, settlement discrepancies, and operational issues efficiently 
Support daily operational controls and contribute to process improvement initiatives 
Assist with operational, systems, and business enhancement projects as required 
Maintain accurate and well-organized records, documentation, and operational files 
Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, administrators, and external counterparties to ensure smooth operational workflows 
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence
