Trade Operations Executive (Crude Oil)

An MNC in Petrochemical industry is currently looking for a Trade Operations Executive to join their expanding team.

The Trade Operations Executive will be responsible for preparing deal report, preparing and reviewing sales contract, ensuring requirements for loading and discharging cargos are met, liaising with supplier, conveyor and charterer, clearing vessel, tracking physical cargo movement and making sure vessel are loaded and discharged in timely manner, ensuring LC or PCG are issued in time, and updating cargo files.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade operations, preferably with experience in crude oil
• Experience with ETRM system
• Experience with trade life cycle management, letter of credit/LC, and contracts
