Transaction Processing / General Functions
Process and approve trade transactions and email instructions accurately and within the required turnaround time.Ensure all transaction details are correctly entered in the Trade System and related systems.Conduct proper screening of parties and goods involved in trade transactions.Validate and approve trade system postings, CASA overrides, debit/credit memos, Manager’s Checks, billing statements, and end-of-day balancing and reconciliation reports.Verify client signatures on all trade-related documents.Ensure trade transactions (foreign and domestic) are funded with Treasury Liquidity before the cutoff time.Review and handle inquiries, messages, and requests from correspondent banks, government agencies, and other stakeholders.Coordinate with IBG and other units to resolve operational issues.Sign trade-related docum...
