About the role
As a Trade Counter Assistant (known as Branch Staff) at Actrol Mount Wellington, you will perform a wide variety of day-to-day jobs including delivering products to essential service customers, picking and packing orders, and providing exceptional service when serving customers on the trade counter.
Responsibilities
- Handling over-the-counter retail trade sales and customer quotes
- Undertaking pick packing, warehousing, and stock control activities
- Stock replenishment and stocktake cycle counters
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient computer and system skills
- Team player with exceptional safety awareness
- Clean full driver’s licence (required)
- Forklift licence (ideal, but not essential)
