Job Description:

Role and Responsiblities

Functions as the customer facing contact for all trade related requests. Reviews, analyzes and returns customer solicitations for Certificates of Origin (CoO’s) for Finished Goods and other trade related requirements.

• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer regarding their Customs documents

• Ensures timely response to customer solicitation for CoO’s for omers

• Interacts with Global Trade Operations & Compliance teams (GTO/GTC)

• Maintain and update master tracking documents to reflect request status and certificate receipt.

• Follow up with Trade Programs Staff on outstanding or incomplete documentation

• Process customer cross reference requests by mapping customer part numbers to DUNS and/or part numbers using GSD and SAP....
