Trade Compliance Analyst

Lutron is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Trade Compliance Analyst to join our Trade Compliance team in Chihuahua, Mexico. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Lutron’s global operations by ensuring import and export activities are conducted in compliance with applicable government regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

As a Trade Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and managing customs documentation, supporting cross-border trade operations, and ensuring the timely and compliant movement of goods. You will collaborate closely with a variety of internal and external partners, including freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and U.S. and Mexico customs authorities, as well as Lutron’s logistics, engineering, and customer service teams.
