Tour Guide

Conduct 1.5-hour walking guided tours of the Police Heritage Centre

Lead groups of 5–30 visitors through the gallery, highlighting key exhibits and delivering historical information

Facilitate interactive elements such as games, RFID-enabled features, and multimedia stations

Monitor crowd movement, maintain order, and ensure visitor safety

Encourage visitors to complete customer feedback surveys at the end of each tour

At least GCE 'O' Level

Valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) licence

Relevant knowledge/experience in homeland security industries, OR professional training/experience conducting guided tours in museums or places of interest in Singapore
