Toolroom Lead: Tooling, Lean & Team Development

Network Contracting in South Africa is seeking a qualified Toolmaker to supervise and coordinate all Toolroom activities. The candidate must have a Trade Test and at least 5–8 years of Toolroom experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities include leading Toolmakers and Apprentices, ensuring high quality tooling standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Strong technical skills, including CNC machining and preventative maintenance, are essential.
