Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Setting up, operating, and programming CNC milling and turning machines
Manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining dies, tooling, jigs, fixtures, cutting plates, and other precision components
Preparing and installing tooling for production
Setting up and optimizing peripheral equipment, including vision systems and robotic automation
Troubleshooting machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models
Inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality specifications
Supporting production operators and providing technical guidance
Identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and machine performance
