Toolmaker

We are looking for a  Toolmaker  with the following skills and experience: WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Toolmaker in the manufacturing industry Technical Competencies: Die Maintenance / Tooling. Trade Tested Toolmaker (Red Seal certification preferred) Strong knowledge of machining, tooling and CNC programming Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and related machinery safely and efficiently Manufacture and repair moulds, machine components, and related tooling to exact specifications Manufacture, assemble, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to precise specifications Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce components and ensure production aligns with design requirements Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of tools Ensure tools meet required tolerances and quality standards Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimise tool design and functionality Maintain a clean and safe work...
