Employer Description Our client is a Plastic Injection Moulding company based in the KZN Job Description Our client has an opportunity for an experienced individual to join their team in the capacity of a Maintenance Supervisor. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following: Oversee all the maintenance of the company Adherence to plant maintenance schedule Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and adhere to all safety requirements, policies and procedures of the company Monitor critical machine spares availability and lead times Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the maintenance activities Manage contractors to complete work on schedule to appropriate standards Identify and implement continuous improvement projects Work hands on and lead from the front approach Other related duties
