Roles and Responsibilities
Product planning and controlling of his projects in agreement with the Platform Leader
Receives IPCs from the Platform Leader and follows them in agreement with him, disseminates IPCs to the Cross Functional Team and makes the alignment with CoCs on targets and schedules
Monitors the risks and health of his projects through PM
Plans, sets-up, and executes project structure incl. carry-over/commonality expectations
Plans and monitors the progress and completion of R-Flows which are related to his projects
Agrees on targets (CTQ) with the Cross Functional Team coherently with the IPC requests
Enforces decision making for problem resolution within the Cross Functional Team
