We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with strong exposure to SAP ECC and EWM integration to support an AMS engagement.
Work experience: 8-10 years
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP TM in an AMS environment (Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements)
Analyze and resolve TM-related issues in Order Planning, Freight Order Management, Execution, and Settlement
Handle integration issues across SAP TM, EWM, and ECC
Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces (IDoc, RFC, qRFC, PI/PO integrations)
Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution within SLA
Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EWM, MM, SD, FI)
Participate in ticket triaging, prioritization, and governance calls
Create and maintain functional documentation and SOPs
