Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Title Checker looking for a new opportunity in a growing, forward-thinking firm? We are currently recruiting for a Title Checker to join a dynamic team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of a purchase transaction, with a focus on reporting to clients and raising legal enquiries.
Reviewing and reporting on search results, identifying issues, and raising relevant enquiries.
Advising Case Handlers on when to report key matters to lenders under CML guidelines.
