About the team

This team supports the evolving Indonesia Affiliate Operation business for TikTok Shop by Tokopedia. The team's responsibility is to strengthen merchant partnerships, creator incubation, and team management. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expand partnerships with top sellers in Indonesia, co-incubate high-potential creators, and guide sellers in strengthening their Affiliate operations and overall performance.
- Oversee the affiliate team’s social media operations and drive GTM communications around policy updates, new features, and creator success stories, with the goal of strengthening Affiliate influence and attractiveness among creators.
- Lead the team in close collaboration with cluster teams and other Affiliate creator operations teams to drive key initiatives, ensure delivery, and continuously build operating playbooks and team management mechanisms.
