Position Overview

The THT Operator is responsible for executing backend processes like Selective soldering, X‑ray, de‑paneling and Conformal coating, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards. This role requires hands‑on expertise in Manual Insertion, Component Preforming and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to identify and elevate technical issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Materials preparation based on product requirements.
• Perform THT component preforming and manual insertion process as per standard.
• Execute Selective Soldering process and perform visual inspection.
