Overview

Third Party Contracting Specialist – Johannesburg. Purpose: Collaborating and assisting with the execution of Third-Party Contracting matters while ensuring firm wide compliance to the Global Quality and Risk Management Manual, relevant Labour Laws, tax requirements and HR/Risk policies and procedures.

Responsibilities Custodian of the Third-Party Contracting process and procedures Custodian of the Third-Party Contracting process document Ultimate responsibility for the Third-Party tracker and the accuracy and reliability thereof Ensure compliance to the Third-Party Contracting process by the HR teams across the Southern Africa Region. Liaise with all relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding contracts. Assist HR, business and experienced hire recruiters through the administration of contracts.
