Job Description
We are seeking a Thermal BMS Engineer to develop and validate thermal management strategies for battery systems, ensuring safety, performance, and efficiency of EV batteries.Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize thermal management strategies for BMS- Analyze battery thermal behavior (cooling, heating, heat dissipation)- Support thermal modeling & simulation (MATLAB/Simulink / CFD tools)- Work on temperature sensing, control logic, and protection strategies- Perform testing & validation (lab, vehicle, or HIL)- Analyze results and perform debugging & RCA- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BMS, mechanical, system)️ Required Skills
