Your Opportunity:
Under the direction of the Recreation Therapist and under the general supervision of the Manager, working to enrich the lives of the residents in Supportive Living by providing the support and assistance implementing recreation activities. Performs interventions under the direction of and as delegated by the Recreation Therapist in accordance with established standards and procedures of the Recreation Therapy Department. Provides a broad range of individual and group activities that are developed to meet the residents' needs under the guidance of the Recreation Therapist. Drives the Handibus when required for community outings. Assists residents in getting ready for community outings when off site. Works collaboratively with other staff, families, and volunteers.
