Therapist Aide

Promotes and maintains health of both Residential and DAC clients by providing therapy services under the supervision of a physical/occupational therapist.

• Participate and assist therapist/supervisor in Initial assessment and ICP goal setting.
• Interpret the assessment result to identify the functional needs of the resident and clients.
• Receiving the acute referral cases within BHID.
• Maintenance of record keeping with the department.
• Maintenance of therapy materials & equipment in order.
• Reporting spoiled/repaired items to relevant authorities for follow up.
• Assist senior therapist and other management staff on other duties that are being assigned.
