Position Summary

The Therapist provides individual, group, and family counseling services to clients receiving treatment in a residential substance use treatment facility. This position supports clients through assessment, treatment planning, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and discharge planning while promoting recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care. The Therapist works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to support client progress and treatment goals.
