Therapeutic Childrens Home Registered Manager

*Park Blue Homes* has an exciting opportunity for a *Therapeutic* *Children’s Home* *Registered Manager* to join our company in the North Wiltshire area.

This is a unique and rare opportunity to join a progressive and trauma informed group of Children’s Homes with a focus on upholding the values and guidelines of a Therapeutic Community. The home is a residential children's home, specialising in providing care for children and young people with emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties.

Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £60,000 per annum with bonuses and other benefits. 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays. There will be other benefits included with this role including a laptop, mobile phone, and some remote working.
